Richard Ragatz and Len Silverfine have combined their many years of experience in the resort industry to design Ragatz Intelligence Suite, a completely integrated program of intelligence modules designed to empower marketing strategy from the point of initial contact, through sales conversion, to building loyalty and increasing referrals.
Suite takes the strategic view that every marketer has an inner core group critical to success. This inner core must be sold first, because they are ether "best customers" representing a disproportionate share of influence on business; or in the case of a new product, they are easiest to access and therefore the best means for concept validation. Further, without the advantage of lessons learned and early conversions acting as support and missionaries, the cost (and time needed) to acquire new more distant customers will erode potential profits and may stall efforts.
